We like what we do – and we like to do things good.

Mindfulness training

Jon Kabat-Zinn developed the training you are interested in. 

The training consists of 8 weekly sessions of app. 1,5 hour, in which you will practice mindfulness and exchange experiences with the other participants.

Training Mindfulness is very much like
training your body.
That is why we advise you to commit to practice app. 30 minutes per day. 

 

 

BuddHism

In close cooperation with the municipality of
The Hague two courses in Buddhism are available. You will also have the opportunity to join meditation lessons and sessions.

A course takes approximately  8 weeks. The municipality asks for a small financial contributionwhere.

Mettaandacht provides the course free of charges.

mindful coaching

You and your coach have an equal one-on-one relation. You are in charge, the coach helps you make your decisions.

Every coaching relation is unique, has to develop and is based on mutual trust.
To get to trust we suggest a free introduction meeting where you and your coach present themselves in order to discover if there is a connection.

It is up to you to decide whether, how long and how often you want to be coached. During the process, the schedule of coaching can be changed.
