Mindfulness finds its roots in Buddhism and that is where we started before offering the mindfulness training as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
We offer two 6-8 weeks courses, including documentation:

About the (non)sense of meditation, your bodily posture, two of the most important teachings and practising meditation.
Life and terachings of the Buddha
A broader vision on the context and background of the teachings of the Buddha, including more time to practice meditation.
This course is organized together with
the municipalty of The Hague.
There is a small contribution of € 24.
