Mettaandacht offers 8-week mindfulness training for people with early stage dementia and their caregivers.

Practicing mindfulness can help you cope differently with difficult experiences in life, such as changes in health, pain, or sadness. 

The training provides a new perspective
on illness and health.
The quality of your life will improve,
because you learn to worry less;  
stick less to thoughts about what once was
or what the future might bring.

At the moment we are exploring the possibilities to organize a training for couples where one person suffers from early-stage dementia.
