We practice meditations aimed at rest
(breathing)
and loving kindness
(metta bhavana).

To revive your practice,
or to build a moment of
silence and reflection into your day.
Guidance in Dutch.

The sessions are free for (former)
participants of one of our courses.
Others pay dana (practice in giving).
