This is the welknown MBSR training as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
In eight consecutive weeks and during a 1,5 hour session you will practice what mindfulness is and what it can be to you.
Costs are €150 and include a personal interview, 8 digital sessions, a workbook and the opportunity to participate in a half-a-day session to refresh your practice and knowledge.
