Is your life too busy to join a training? Do you maybe have another reason you want to train Mindfulness alone or with a partner / best friend?

Please contact us and we will discuss wishes and possibilities for a  one-on-one training or a training with your partner / best friend.

We can train at your home or on location, only condition is that we can apply the COVID19 rules. Also possible through ZOOM of course.
