Mettaanacht processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provided this information to us.
The personal data we process:
- First and last name
- Date of birth

- Telephone number

We process this data to inform you as a former user of our services via a newsletter that is sent by e-mail.
If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you can make this known via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.
Your data will then no longer be stored.

Mettaandacht processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling the invoicing
- Sending our newsletter by e-mail
- To be able to carefully consider whether the training is appropriate for your personal situation (MBSR)
- To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to perform our services

Mettaandacht does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example an employee of Mettaandacht).
How long we keep personal data
Mettaandacht does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
- First and last name: 7 years (legal retention period for invoices)
- Address data: 7 years (legal retention period for invoices)
- Date of birth: 6 months (the intake form will be kept for 6 months due to liability)
- Telephone number: 6 months (the intake form will be kept for 6 months due to liability)
- Health: 6 months (the intake form is kept for 6 months due to liability)
- Profession: 6 months (the intake form is kept for 6 months due to liability)
- E-mail address: until unsubscribing from newsletter (when unsubscribing from newsletter, e-mail address will no longer be saved)
Sharing of personal data with third parties
Mettaandacht will only provide your information to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our (your and that of Mettaandacht) agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
